In the simplest terms possible, your goal is to attain the rank of DTL (Diamond Team Leader). The requirements to be a DTL are:

Develop and maintain 3 PTLs (Platinum Team Leaders)

Advance to the rank of EA (Executive Affiliate)
Qualifications (monthly):
1500 VP (1000 min VP from sales/purchases; 500 VP from any combination of VersaPoints from your To Do List)

Advance to the rank of BTL (Bronze Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
2500 VP (minimum 2000 VP from sales/purchases)
(3) PSAs
STEP THREE
Advance to the rank of STL (Silver Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
3000 VP (min. 2500 VP from sales/purchases)
(3) PSAs, one with the minimum rank of BTL
STEP FOUR
Advance to the rank of GTL (Gold Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
3500 VP (min. 3000 VP from sales/purchases)
(3) PSAs, two with the minimum rank of STL
STEP FIVE
Advance to the rank of PTL (Platinum Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
4000 VP (min. 3500 VP from sales/purchases)
(3) PSAs with the minimum rank of GTL
STEP SIX
Advance to the rank of DTL (Diamond Team Leader)
Qualifications (monthly):
4000 VersaPoints (from sales and/or personal purchases)
3 PTLs (Platinum Team Leaders) on your first level
